- Our Japanese members are eager to learn language and happy to teach you Japanese.
- Our Japanese members like to do the language exchange regularly like once a week/twice a week. Doing language exchange regularly with our Japanese members can help you to improve your Japanese speaking skills!!

I am Taro Koyanagi at Learning Catchball. We started up our service to help people to learn Japanese and Japanese people to improve their English skill.
StepⅠ:Application and Introduction
- Please join us through the application form at the bottom of this page.
We introduce you our Japanese members according to your needs/preferences and conditions(your area/available time) after we receive your application.
- And you can regularly receive update Japanese member's profile list from us by email. If there are any members you like to contact, we will arrange the trial language exchange for you.
- ※Please note that if we judge you are less motivated to learn Japanese language,we can not provide you with our language exchange partner's introduction service.
StepⅡ:Contact information exchange
After you agree with the language partner's conditions, we forward the language partner's email address to you.
- ※Before sharing your email address with our Japanese members,you can ask our Japanese members some question/requests through us(staff at the Learning Catchball). We never share your email address with our Japanese members without your agreement.
StepⅢ:Trial language exchange and Sign up
Let's practice speaking Japanese!!
You can take a trial language exchange lesson and decide to do the language exchange with the member or not.
- ※In case you like other language partner, then we will arrange other language partner for you.
- Let's talk with your language partner about the language exchange lessons and decide how to learn and teach each other!

- Lesson fee:
You can learn Japanese for free. In return you need to teach English for free.
- Introduction fee:
This is a result based fee. So after you take a trial language exchange lesson with your language partner's candidate , if you decide to do the language exchange with the language partner, we will charge you the introduction fee. If you decide not to do, then you don't need to pay this introduction fee.
- Learning materials(optional service)
We are offering learning materials for self study. We will guide you ID and PW for the learning material's page after we confirm you start to do language exchange with our Japanese member.

- ※After we accept your application, we ask you about your requests in detail by email. Our e-mail(info@learning-catchball.com) is sometimes misclassified as spam. So please check your E-mail regularly.
- Your personal information is not open to the public.
- Please note that depending on your conditions/requests, it takes time to arrange language partners or we can not arrange language partners for you.

- Our service is to support each entry person find a Japanese private teacher and language exchange partner(learning partner).
- We(Learning Catchball) do not check each entry person's ID and do not take any responsibility for any troubles between
you and your teacher/language exchange partner(learning partner).
- We(Learning Catchball) can not be responsible for the truth of each entry information and the
quality of each entry person's character(personality).
- In case we(Learning Catchball) find your entry information is MLM business or false or illegal, we delete your entry.
- In case you cause damage on learning-catchball,we(Learning Catchball) do demand payment to you.
- In case you want to delete your entry information or withdraw from learning-catchball, please contact us soon.
- We can not accept applicants under the age of 18.
- We(Learning Catchball) revise these terms of use whenever we need.
