Application for 1 on 1 online Japanese lesson
- Please check our terms of service and apply for 1 on 1 online Japanese lesson through the application form below.
Lesson fees
- 1 on 1 online lesson fees are as below.
A course) 2500yen for 60minutes
B course) 2000yen for 45minutes
C course) 1500yen for 30minutes
※Please select lesson course from A to C course.
- If you take online lessons with your company, you need to pay extra fee 1,000 yen for your company(extra 1 person).
Example①) 60 minutes course is 2500yen. If you take 60 minutes course with your friend(2 persons including you), then it costs 2500yen ＋ 1000yen = 3500yen for 60minutes.
Example②) 30 minutes course is 1500yen. If you take 30 minutes course with your colleague(3 persons including you), the it costs 1500yen ＋ 1000yen ＋ 1000yen = 3500yen for 30minutes.
Payment for tuition
- After we confirm your application, your online Japanese tutor will send you an invoice about tuition. The first payment is for 5 lessons fee. From the second payment, your online Japanese tutor will instruct you how many lesson fees you need to pay. Basically you are requested to pay tuition monthly.
- ※Please transfer the tuition to your online Japanese tutor's bank account.
Payment for introduction fee
- Introduction fee is 3000yen. After we confirm your application below, we will charge you 3000yen for online Japanese tutor's introduction fee.
- ※Please transfer the introduction fee to the Learning Catchball's bank account.
Textbooks
- Regarding the textbooks, you need to talk with your online Japanese tutor and decide which textbooks you learn with. If needed, you need to buy the textbooks by yourself.

Terms of use
- We(Learning Catchball) do not take any responsibility for any troubles between you and your Japanese teacher(online Japanese tutor).
- We can not accept applicants under the age of 18.
- We(Learning Catchball) revise these Terms of use whenever we need.

- Refund policy:
Introduction fee is not refundable even if you skip the lesson or cancel the lesson.
- Cancel policy:
If you cancel the lesson, you need to inform your online Japanese tutor directly by 17:00 on the day before the lesson. If you don't, the lesson fee is not refundable and the lesson is not rearrangeble.
